- To complete a return you will need to notify us within 21 days of receipt and provide the following details:
- Name
- Address
- Contact telephone number
- Order number
- Product description
- Date order was placed
- Reason for return
On return of the item to us you will receive a full refund within 14 days. This includes any delivery charges.
- What packaging must I return my item in?
- It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging. We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you change your mind it can make your return easier and quicker to administer if you return them in their original packaging and contact us within 21 days of receipt.
- Can I cancel or amend an order?
- No, once you order has been placed we cannot amend; please refer to 'How do I return an item?' above if you change your mind. If you wish to order additional items, please place a new order via our website or careline.
