Here is what you can do to keep your appliance performing at its best.
Emptying and cleaning the dirty water tank
Remove the Dirty Water Tank by lifting the handle.
Lift the latch to separate the tank from the lid.
Empty the dirty water tank into a sink or toilet.
Rinse the dirty water tank in warm water (Max 40°C).
Fit the lid back onto the tank and attach the latch.
Refit the tank to the machine, it should click into place.
Cleaning the tools and attachments
Press the tool release button and pull to remove the tool from the hose.
Pull and lift the clip to remove the attachment from the wash tool.
To remove the nozzle from the wash tool, push and lift the clear plastic clip up over the button on the end of the hose.
Rinse the tools, attachments and the nozzle under warm water (max 40°C) to remove dirt/debris.
To refit the nozzle and attachment, slide the nozzle onto the wash tool until it clicks into place and fit the front of the attachment into the front of the wash tool and push the clip down.
Cleaning the filter grill
Lift the handle to remove the dirty water tank.
Remove any dirt and debris from the filter grill located underneath the dirty water tank.
Tilt the tank to replace onto machine.
Clearing a blockage in the hose
Lift the handle to remove the tank from the machine.
Lift the cap and fill the clean water/solution tank with approximately 1 inch of warm water (max 40°C)and refit the clean water/solution tank onto the machine so it clicks into place.
Press the wash tool release and pull to remove the tool from the hose end.
Hold the hose in place into the hose self-clean port.
Switch the machine on and hold in place until the clean water tank has emptied and for a further 10 seconds. Do not squeeze the trigger. Repeat as necessary.
Lift the handle to remove the dirty water tank from the machine.
Open the latch on the tank and empty tank into a sink or toilet. Rinse with warm water (Max 40°C) and refit lid onto tank and place the tank back onto the machine.
