Ordered online in September. Easy to use website to decide the appliance I wanted. Vacuum was delivered the next day and because I ordered online it was automatically guaranteed so I didn't have to do that. Easy to assemble, the hardest part was getting it out of the box! Picks up the debris and pet hair really well. Very happy with my purchase.

I've only had this vacuum for about a month. So far I can't fault it. I was a Dyson user for a couple of decades but the last one failed me too many times. The versatility of the Vax is great. We have 9 dogs and believe me, the fur gets everywhere. Not found a place this can't reach, so far. The machine is easy to alter from standard, to lift out, to attachments. The only downside is it is quite heavy.

Its perfect although i purchased it wrong i should have purchased the multi one coz i wanted the floor head to reach under the sofa or furniture. I didnt know this one doesn’t and i cant replaced it now. But still all in all its perfect.

I bought this a month ago and OMG it is amazing! Really easy to move around the house, long cable for stairway, great attachments and easy to lift, empty and clean. Just love it! I have always bought Vax for many years now. Never fail to be excellent quality.
