Maintenance
Here is what you can do to keep your appliance performing at its best.
Clearing a blockage from the brushbar
Switch the machine off and unplug from the wall socket.
Remove the tanks and lie the machine back.
Hold the brushes at each end and pull to remove.
Remove the clear plastic side panels from around the brushes by pulling them apart. Lift off the black frame to separate the brushes and clean any obstructions. Reassemble the brushes and refit into the machine ensuring all points shown are aligned.
Cleaning the filters
Turn the recovery tank latches (A) outward and lift the tank out using the handle (B).
Lower the handle toward the back of the tank to unlock the lid, lift the lid to remove.
Clean any lint/debris from the filter screen with your finger or some tissue.
Remove the remaining clean water tank and lie the machine back.
Remove the brush filter screen and clean any lint/debris with your finger or some tissue.
