Here is what you can do to keep your appliance performing at its best.
Press the button on the flexi clean pole and pull to remove the handheld unit.
Hold the handheld over a bin and press the dirt release button to allow dirt and debris to fall out.
Slide the dirt release grip back and forth to remove any remaining dirt from the dirt container.
Slide the dirt release grip down, press and hold the dirt container release button and pull the dirt container to remove.
Twist the separator to remove.
Tap the separator over a bin to remove dirt and debris.
Wipe the separator with a dry cloth to remove any remaining debris.
Line up the tab on the separator with the handheld and twist to lock into place.
Line up the dirt release grip with the handheld and slide the dirt container into place. The dirt bin will click when correctly fitted.
If a blockage is detected, the On/Off button will flash and the machine will switch off.
Press the button on the flexi clean pole and pull to remove the handheld unit.
Tilt the floorhead on its back.
Turn the tab on the brushbar cover clockwise to release the brushbar.
Pull the brushbar to remove.
Wipe clean any dirt and debris on the brushbar.
Check the floorhead for any blockages, dirt and debris.
Wipe the brushbar housing to remove dirt and debris.
To refit, slide the brushbar into the floorhead and onto the spindle.
Line up the arrows and push the brushbar cover flush to the floorhead.
Turn the tab on the brushbar cover anticlockwise to lock into place.

Press the button on the flexi clean pole and pull to remove the handheld unit.
Drop a small ball of paper into the flexi clean pole. The paper will drop through if the pole is clear. Use a blunt object to remove any blockage.
Hold the handheld over a bin and press the dirt release button to allow dirt and debris to fall out.
Slide the dirt release grip down, press and hold the dirt container release button and pull the dirt container to remove.
Twist the separator to remove.
Check and clear any dirt and debris from the dirt container inlet.
Check and clear any dirt and debris from the pole inlet.
Push the tab upwards to release the filter and lift to remove.
Separate the sponge filter from the filter frame and tap over a bin to remove any dirt and debris.
Rinse the filter under the tap (40°C max, no detergent). Allow 24 hours to air dry before replacing.

Once fully dry, refit the sponge filter into the frame and slide it back into the machine.
The filter will only fit one way and the frame will sit flush when correctly fitted.

Slide the dirt release grip back and forth to remove any remaining dirt from the dirt container.
Push the dirt container door closed until it clicks into place.
