Maintenance
Here is what you can do to keep your appliance performing at its best.
Cleaning the pre-motor filter
Remove the dirt container.
Remove the dirt container lid.
Remove the pre-motor filter.
Tap the filter against the side of bin to remove dirt/debris. Rinse filter under the tap (no detergent /40°C max).
Allow 24 hours to air dry.
Emptying and cleaning the dirt container
Remove the dirt container.
Press the release button to empty the dirt into a bin.
Remove the separator from the dirt container and wipe with a dry cloth.
Accessing the brushbar
Remove the battery from the machine.
Recline the machine and lie it on its front.
Press down on the brushbar cover clips and pull to remove.
Using a pair of scissors, cut any hair from around the brushbar. Pull any remaining debris from around the bristles.
Replace the brushbar cover and clip into place.
