Maintenance
Here is what you can do to keep your appliance performing at its best.
Cleaning the pre-motor filter
Remove the handheld unit.
Release the dirt container.
Lift the filter housing out of the top of the dirt container.
Lift to remove the pre motor filter.
Tap against the side of a bin.
Rinse under the tap.
Allow 24 hours to air dry.
Emptying and cleaning the dirt container
Remove the handheld unit.
Release the dirt container.
Lift the filter housing out of the top of the dirt container.
Tip the dirt into a bin.
Clearing a blockage from the brushbar
Remove the battery.
Lie the machine on its front.
Push the locking clips towards each other.
Push the brushbar cover clips toward the brushbar.
Lift to remove the brushbar.
Using scissors, cut any hair from around the brushbar.
Pull to remove any debris.
Cleaning the terminals
Remove the handheld.
Remove the battery.
Use a soft cloth to wipe the terminals on the battery,
The main machine,
and the charger.
