Free Next Day Delivery is available only on orders containing a machine. Orders with a machine will have delivery attempted the following day providing the order is received before 7pm Monday-Friday. Orders received

When can I expect my delivery?
At the time of placing your order, either online or via our careline, you will be provided with an expected delivery date (our standard delivery is 5 working days). During this time, you will be provided with updates on the progress of your order. If you are not at home to receive your order this may delay your order promise date.
What happens if I am out when my order arrives?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery our courier will leave a card through your door to advise of their actions.
What happens if my order is incomplete or damaged?
If your order is incomplete, please allow a little extra time before contacting us as your order may be split into separate deliveries. All items are being dispatched within the promised delivery time, and you will receive notification by email when any additional items are dispatched. If your item is damaged on arrival please contact our Customer Service Team, we will then arrange for the damaged items to be returned.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
No, once your order has been placed we cannot amend or cancel it; please refer to 'Returns' if you change your mind. If you wish to order additional items, please place a new order via our website or Careline.
Will I receive confirmation my order has been dispatched?
Yes, once we release your order to our courier you will receive confirmation in addition you should receive an email directly from the courier with a tracking number for each parcel. This information can be used to track the item to your door via their website.
Can my order be delivered to my work place or other address?
When placing your order, simply request the delivery address you require. Please ensure you provide an accurate billing address to allow us to process your payment.
