What access do you provide for a disabled person to your services?
Our friendly Customer Service Team responds to queries through many different communication channels. Our customers are able to call, email, write to us or use Social Media channels such as Facebook and Twitter. If you have purchased your product through one of our Retail partners, they will also be able to assist. If you visit them they will contact us through a dedicated number on your behalf.
What access do you provide for a disabled person if they want to see personal information relating to them?
If a disabled person finds it impossible or unreasonably difficult to make a subject access request in writing, we will make a reasonable adjustment for them under the Equality Act 2010. In these circumstances we will accept a verbal request for information as though it were a valid subject access request.
